Refunds and Returns

Refunds will be determined by the condition of the item(s) when HWB receives them. If the item is in complete resellable condition, a 100% refund will be credited to the customer's credit card. A lower percentage, down to 0 will be refunded based on the item(s) condition. The customer will be informed of the final decision, and will have the option to have the item(s) returned at their cost of shipping.

Customer will be contacted within 48 hours upon receipt of the items with a final answer.

There is no refund on shipping.

If the return is as a result of the wrong items, size, color shipping from what is stated on the Invoive packing slip, HWB will reimburse the customer for the customer's shipping cost back to HWB, AND HWB will not charge shipping for sending the correct items out.

Any other returns, HWB will not cover the cost of shipping.
